A veteran blacksmith, Mr. William Joshua Errey, age 70 of 71 Hughenden-Road, died suddenly in his forge on Monday afternoon.

He was found by his son Mr K. W. F. Errey, who previously had seen his father at the bellows.
Mr Errey had been a blacksmith all his working life and his father (David Errey 1842-1936) followed the craft before him in the same neighborhood.

The funeral takes place today, with the service at The Tabernacle, Cambridge road, at 11.15 a.m. followed by the internment at the Borough.
